Refund & Return Policy

At RarePaintings, we strive to provide high-quality handmade paintings and custom artwork. However, if you receive a damaged or defective painting, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The painting must be in its original packaging and unused.

  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel to verify any damage.

  • If the damage is caused by the customer, the item will be non-refundable.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us via email, website form, or customer support number with details of the issue and attach photos/videos of the damaged painting.

  • Once the return request is approved, the customer must ship the painting back to us.

  • If the painting does not have any quality issues and the return is requested due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

3. Refund Policy

  • A full refund will be processed after we receive the returned item and verify the damage.

  • If the painting has no issues and is returned due to a change of mind, the amount is non-refundable.

  • In case of custom or commissioned paintings, a 50% deduction will be applied before processing the refund.

4. Custom Paintings & Advance Payment

  • For custom paintings, an advance payment of 25% is required at the time of order placement.

  • The remaining amount must be paid upon delivery.

  • Custom paintings are eligible for returns, but 50% of the total price will be deducted before issuing a refund.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If the painting is lost or damaged in transit, it is our responsibility, and the customer will receive a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
