Terms & Conditions

1. Order & Payment

• We accept online payments via Razorpay and Cash on Delivery (COD).

• COD orders require a 25% advance payment, which will be deducted from the final amount.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically delivered within 6-7 days but may vary.

• Customers can cancel orders before dispatch, but once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only if the painting is damaged, torn, or has color fading.

• Customers must provide an unboxing video and photos as proof.

• Refunds are processed after we receive the returned item in its original packaging.

• Custom paintings are eligible for return, but 50% of the amount will be deducted.

4. Intellectual Property

• All paintings are hand-painted originals.

• Customers are allowed to resell purchased paintings but cannot claim ownership of the artwork’s creation.
